North Beach Inn Summer 2013 Rates

Rates for the Summer of 2013
Rates effective June 15 thru September 1, 2013.

Studio

These cozy studio style cabins each have a fireplace, kitchenette, and bathroom with a shower. While intended for two people they can hold three, with a double and a single bed in the living area. (There is an additional charge for a third person.)

$140 for two people
$16 additional for a third person

Weekly rate
$980 for two
$112 additional for three

*There is an additional $35 cleaning fee on single night stays. (This does not apply to 2 or more night stays.)

One Bedroom

Georgia is somewhat larger than our studio cabins, and is our only cabin without either a fireplace or a Franklin stove. It does have a kitchenette and bathroom with a shower. While intended for two to three people it can hold six, with an additional charge for four or more people.

Two Bedroom

Our two bedroom cabins feature kitchenettes or full kitchens, fireplaces, and either bathtubs or showers. They are intended for four people but, depending upon the cabin, some can hold up to seven people with an additional charge for each person over four. Larger Cabins

These are our largest, and newest cabins, with either three bedrooms or in the case of Shamrock two bedrooms and a loft. They all feature full kitchens, a fireplace or Franklin stove, and a bathtub. They are intended to comfortable hold six people but, depending on the cabin, may be able to hold up to eight people with an additional charge for each person over a total of six. Deposits

All reservations require a deposit equal to one day's rent. Deposits must be received within one week. We now accept credit cards.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund of your deposit will be made if you cancel 21 days before your reservation date. If the booking is cancelled less than 21 days before your reservation, a full refund of deposit will be made only if we are able to re-book the cancelled dates.

Note: This is a change/clarification to our cancellation policy that will come into effect on January 1, 2013.

Extra Cars

Extra cars, more than one at studios, more than two at others, will be charged $10.00 per night.

Pets

We permit two dogs per cottage at $12 per dog per day, $84 per week, with owners responsible for behavior.

Additional Information

There is a 9.8% sales tax.

Checkout time: 11:00 a.m.

Checkin time: 2:00 p.m.

An extra charge will be made for late checkout.

Same charges are made for infants and children as for adults.

No RVs, camping, tents, or sleeping on the beach are allowed.

When beach fires are permitted (i.e. no fire hazzard), they must be below the high tide mark. This means that the current high tide must cover the ashes.
